EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES

We currently have open positions in our Preschool.

Each position will require the candidate to be able to pass a background check and complete within the first 3 months of hire the necessary State of Nevada Licensing requirements for childcare workers.

AFTERCARE AIDE: PART TIME

The Aftercare Aides plan and implement indoor and outdoor activities for preschoolers and elementary students, and supervise and interact with children 2 yrs - 10yrs.
Ideal candidate is creative and energetic.
We prefer candidates that are over 18.
Hours are M-F 2:00-6:00pm

PRESCHOOL TEACHER: FULL TIME

The Preschool Teachers plan and implement activities to promote the social, emotional, physical, intellectual and spiritual growth of each child in their care, and maintain classroom records, cleanliness, and orderliness.
Ideal candidate is creative and energetic with a high degree of adaptability. The teacher will be faced with a variety of situations on a daily basis and will be engaged in multiple tasks and is to respond quickly and appropriately to frequently changing needs of children.
Education requirements: AA degree in ECE
Experience: 2 years experience with children 2-5 years old
Other requirements: NV Background Check, TB test, other NV Licensing requirement. Work is primarily performed in the school environment. Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds, stand up to 95% of the day, stoop and bend, sit on the floor, perform all activities with children, (i.e. jump, dance, walk, run, etc...) for extended periods of time.

OUR GOAL at Mountain View is to bring the saving grace of Christ to His people. Through weekly worship, small group studies, family activities, youth group, Sunday School, and fellowship, we aim to teach people about their Savior and surround them with a Cloud of Witnesses - a family of believers to love, support, and encourage them in their faith walk. Together, we enjoy the freedom we have in Christ and the joy found in the knowledge of our eternal salvation.
